Unfortunately whilst not brewed in the presence of unicorns and flying horses, this 'Blonde' Ale can promise refreshment in lieu of enlightenment. A Blonde Ale has been a staple of US Brewpubs since their craft beer boom began; delivered as a 'pub beer' that is a pleasant balance of malty sweetness and hoppy aromas with a slightly bitter finish. Think of it as an ale brewed for the staunch 'yellow-lager crowd', the use of US Cascade hops delivers a familiar taste that offers a little just a little more. No Pegasus though.
