Harvest Table - Stone Fruit Barrel Aged Table Sour Ale

The base for this beer is a session strength farmhouse style ale brewed with plenty of unmalted wheat and rye for body. It was then inoculated overnight in our coolship and underwent a spontaneous fermentation and maturation in an american oak cask for 1 year. Then racked onto second use stone fruit for another year before being racked a second time onto more second use stonefruit. Sweet, fruity and tart with plenty of structure from the oak barrel and adjuncts.
