As a treat for ourselves, we thought we’d freshen up one of our favorite beers here at the brewery. Our classic Matilda recipe, a clove forward, wild yeast fermented Belgian Ale, now with a Michigan Zuper Saazer dry hop. This gives that complex Matilda character you know and love a pleasantly herbal kick.
