Aged 16mnths in barrel with saccharomyces and native yeasts.Blended with wild ale and rested on whole bunch Mouvedre for3 weeks.Blue berries plums and dark fruits drive the aromatics whilealmonds and spice traverse soft and silky across the pallet.Elevated textural components from raw spelt and rye, and boldphenolics and acidity fight to express themselves with neithergaining control. An expressive fruit laden sour blended wheatwine, hints of banana cloves round off the sensory background.
