We took the wort from our most recent DIPA and fermented it with a Sacch Trois a super-fruity "wild" Sacch originally isolated from Belgian beer. Then we dry hopped with 4 lbs/bbl of Hopsteiner's Exp. 09326 ("berry jam, tropical fruit, grapefruit and a subtle herbalness.")
