We found two magically beautiful seedling trees growing in the middle of a hay field, tucked up against the Rocky Mountains. The beauty of the scene was matched by the flavor of the different crabapples each tree produced. Aromas of yeast and banana bread deliver cocoa tannins, buttery sourdough, wrapped up in a soft and silky finish. Forged in Boulder.
