We worked with Pohjala to figure out an imaginative recipe for a different stout. Pink Himalayan salt, a lot of lactose, 7 different kinds of specialty malts turned this stout into a super creamy smooth vanilla coffee. Lots of people collected it because of the memorable flavor.
