What better time than the Highland winter months; the prefect time for the slow, bottom fermenting yeast to work their magic – culminating in this luscious, red beauty of a beer.Whilst he doesn’t claim to miss his motherland – with a deliciously disciplined brew like this in your hand – who would?This delicious München red lager is a more-ish mix of bready malt flavours – balanced by a gentle, spicy bitterness and a clean, crisp finish.
