ežák 12 was brewed using a three-step mash process andall Czech-grown Moravian floor-malted barley. It wasexclusively hopped with Saaz and fermented cold with ourhouse lager yeast. Following fermentation it was cold lageredn our 500L neutral oak puncheons for over a month to allowfor flavor development and clarity.
