In Batch 001 we take a look at Chit Malt in the grain bill for more body, haze stability, promoting head retention and foam. We dry-hopped with El Dorado and Ekuanot hops for Tropical Fruits & Citrus notes. The yeast strain produces Stone Fruit esters that leave the beer with a bouquet of Grapefruit and Mango flavours and aromas.
