Zest Coast Key Lime Pie Sour

Brewed in collaboration with Hogna Brygg and Molo Brew. Zest Coast Sour is a brewed to taste like Key Lime Pie. There is honey malt and cinnamon to promote notes of pie crust. We used fresh zest in the boil along with a pinch of lactose, and then this beer is aged on fresh key lime juice and vanilla beans. The final product is smooth, citrusy, and creamy with a soft tartness.
