Woop Woop ‘Sous Voile’

Inspired by some old Brabant tradition, this beer was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat and aged hops. It was turbid mashed, coolshipped, spontaneously fermented and aged in Burgundy oak barrels. This particular version is a blend of barrels aged 4 and 5 years, without topping off.Bottled November 2023
