Uprooted

Uprooted began as a recipe we call "Delicate Saison" which was aged in Missouri oak with our local microflora until maturity. The base recipe is a stronger version of Biere du Pays, soft, fluffy, delicate. Once mature, we racked the Saison to small (59/60 gallon) oak barrels and added fresh Meadowfoam Honey and a touch of ginger for referementation and to once again mature until we decided it was time to blend, bottle, and wait for it to condition for you.
