Our first traditional British Ale. 100% English Malt, Hops and Yeast; alright we use pure, fresh Higashimurayama water but then finally the brewer is 100% English! In terms of flavour, the toasty slightly caramel malt transitions to the fruity, herbal hops ending with a hint of spice. This beer reminds me of a cool fresh winter day in London, spent in a small warm bar drinking a local cask ale. Hope you enjoy!本格的、英国スタイルエールの登場です。１００％イギリス産にこだわったビール。本当に１００％？　確かにお水は東村山だけど、その分は英国人ブルワーでカバー。ほんのり香るカラメル感から始まるこのビールは、フルーツやハーブの香りを楽しみながら、少しのスパイスとホップの苦味もちゃんと味わえます。ロンドンの冷たい冬空の中、小さな暖かいバーで飲むローカルビールの日常を思い出すこの味を　皆さんにも楽しんでもらえたら嬉しいです。
