Kölsch is top-fermented cold-conditioned hybrid. Features of both, Ale and Lager come trough, a slight ale fruitiness, dances with light, crisp and delicacy of lager. A soft malty flavour is giving smooth and refreshing character. Mild flavour may contain some notes of bread, fruits often associated with peach, and noble german hops.
