Le Poirier (The Pear Tree) is a favourite among our grisettes. We love it and it's connection to the land so much that we just had to rebrew it. This version is extra special as it was aged on beautiful, tree-ripened Beurre Bosc pears grown and harvested by us on the home orchard in Nelson. It's crisp, dry and refreshing. It displays an almost seamless integration of sweet, creamy pears and estery yeast character, backed up with autumnal spices, lemon and subtle honey notes.
