Dry Cider Aged in Apple Brandy BarrelsBottle Release 9/12/25 - $14/500mL BottleGolden Hues was pressed from Virginia-grown Hewes, Golden Russet, and York Apples. For this unique "Reserva" edition, we aged the cider in two oak casks that originally held bourbon, and then apple brandy (distilled hard cider). This intensified the apple aroma, and combined with the vanilla notes from the charred American oak, gives a warming baked apple dessert aroma. The palate is still dry, with the tannins from the apples and oak mingling.
