What do you get when you combine the biggest hops from around the Pacific Rim? There are some big guns here. Sorachi Ace from Japan (though grown in America), Centennial and Amarillo from the US, Galaxy from Australia and are own Nelson Sauvin combined in equally generous quantities on a strong pale ale base. This beer will be like being in a room full of people with really big personalities. Will one hop stand out? Will it be too much or will their powers combine?
