Golden Raspberry is blended from a single barrel of our first spontaneous batch of Fall 2018, one of our favorites of the 18|19 brewing season. We racked this beer at 11 months onto freshly harvested Vermont grown Anne Golden Raspberries. It rested on the fruit for a month before conditioning in oak for an additional five months prior to blending. We then laid the beer down in bottle for an additional 13 months for conditioning and flavor development. Upon release, Golden Raspberry will be 30 monthsold.Golden Raspberry displays vanilla and floral aromatics with a rich depth of juicy raspberry flavor, lemon, and orange blossom while the profile of one of our favorite barrels still shines through.
