India Pale Ale is an English beer style that originates from the British colonial period. This beer was hopped extra strong to survive the long sea voyage to India. IPAs should not only taste bitter, but have the rounded smell of an aromatic taste of hops. To achieve the characteristic taste of the 7Stern IPA, we only use American hops that give our beer its distinctive taste.
