A version of Saison Meer that was further aged in the barrel that formerly held the 2018 version of Saison Meer: Gin Barrel & Dandelion. This is the same base recipe as Saison Meer but gets its own name because it picked up some slight character from the spent gin barrel, but not enough to fully qualify as Saison Meer: Gin Barrel.
