We flew out to Portland to meet with Indie Hop Farms and select some of their world class hop varieties. Initially we went to only select Strata but we came across a certain batch of Crystal that just screamed "put me into a lager!" Needless to say we listened, and threw this in an American Pilsner. Earthy notes of citrus and spice meld well with the heirloom pilsner malt. Let this be a reminder of our three essential daily necessities.
