Tracing Meadows is a sweet meadowfoam blossom traditional mead that spent 15 months aging in a very special bourbon barrel. This mead highlights everything wonderful about meadowfoam honey – huge vanilla and toasted marshmallow notes - and pairs it with a seriously awesome Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel. The barrel was hand selected by Tony and our good friend Adam Young during a private barrel selection at the Buffalo Trace distillery, and it makes its deliciousness known from entry palate to final swallow.
