Dry-Hoppped Lager with Chumnee Tea. We have had our eye on some cool Kveik (popularly akin to Norwegian farmhouse beers) for use in a lager-inspired beer. We did some magic in the brewhouse to produce a moderately hoppy base that helps to showcase the unique fermentation characteristics derived from the Kveik. Light pomme aromas coupled with a dash of herbaceous and floral notes, work in harmony with a magnificent dose of Chunmee tea - a more acidic style of green tea from the Chinese Jiangxi province.
