A collaboration with Sierra Nevada Brewing, showcasing some of Sierra’s favorite hops from the 2019 harvest and a blend of brewing techniques. Brewed with Simcoe Powder, Citra Powder, Amarillo Powder, fresh whole flower Azacca, fresh whole flower Cascade, fresh whole flower Simcoe, and Sierra Nevada’s estate grown Citra hops. The bountiful amount of hops give way to beautiful ruby red grapefruit, tangerine, mango, dried fruit, and resinous notes.
