Cold IPA - This new spin on the IPA has been dubbed “Wester then West Coast”. It’s clean and crisp and bitter and piney and dank, balanced by some fruitiness and sweetness, supported by a malt base of premium German Pilsner plus a super simple small addition of flaked corn. A healthy dose of dry hopping covered all the bases of hop flavor: bitter, dank, zesty. Featuring classic hops Centennial and Cascade for a little touch of pine and grapefruit zest and then a healthy dose of Idaho 7, Talus, Azacca and Amarillo for even more earthy, orange peel and floral notes. Corazón de Tu Ex, best served as cold as your ex’s heart.
