literal translation of our famous and highly regarded ‘Naar de Knoppen!’. This is the amped up version. We had to push all buttons of our brewhouse on that brewday because of a broken mash-motor. The outcome is surprisingly close to our goal with this recipe. This year only! Next year we probably have to spring to the buttons… Anyway, enjoy this ubercrispy ale!
