Inspired by one of the earliest brewer collaborations we did in the Patrons Project (with Kentucky's Against the Grain brewery), and a flavour combination we've played with a few times since.Very much the British interpretation of the PB&J sandwich, we use strawberry and raspberry puree for a classic 'jammy' flavour profile, along with a roast peanut butter essence to bring all the flavour and aroma (but none of the allergen risk!). All this over a brown ale base, with flavours of toast, biscuit, dried dark fruits and thick caramel.
