Our American Stout is brewed with a blend of eleven different varieties of organic grains to create a complex and full-bodied dark ale. We boil the wort for two hours to allow the malt flavours to marry and develop, and then balance the resulting caramelly and chocolatey sweetness with a roasted hoppy finish.
