Driftless Woodline is a young spontaneous lambic style ale which underwent a week long maceration on Royalty Purple Raspberries grown for us by our friends as Hoch Orchards in La Crescent, Minnesota. These little purple gems created a deep berry sweetness with mild acidity. They paired seamlessly with the woody cedar tones and citrus character from the base single barrel of Spontaneous beer. Enjoy soon with a charcuterie board, or lay down in the cellar to taste how this beauty evolves.
