A modern take on the rustic Belgian style brewed with NZ Pilsner malt, wheat and Fermented with Belle Saison. Firmly hopped in the whirlpool eith US Mosaic, Ekuanot and Simcoe to heighten the delicate spicy profile of thise big bold hops whilst bringing in fun elements of citrus. Bright and crisp with marriagen of floral and tropical hop flavours with spicy earthy saison undertones. Light bodied with a crisp refreshing lemony tartness.
