Alien Ink

Описание

Alien Ink is our first Cascadian Dark Ale or as we know, Black IPA. Rich dark malts give a roasty but smooth and creamy base with a balanced hoppy finish from the Amarillo Cryo, Citra and Simcoe with minimal bitterness. Fermented with our Little Monster house yeast to give bold and tropical flavours.
