Описание
Sea Dream, a new 8.2% Imperial Wheat IPA, is brewed with Pilsner and a blend of red, pale, and white malted wheats. It was hopped with Idaho 7 and Citra in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with a blend of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic Cryo, and Sabro. The resulting beer is a soft and well rounded Imperial IPA with aroma of fresh squeezed citrus and flavors of peach, tangerine, passion fruit, and a touch pine.
