Vat 280A rum from Guyana (between Surinam and Venezuela) that spent its last few years on an ex-Ballechin barrel.Of course we remember Ballechin from 2017, when we used a barrel of it, which created a very nice R.I.B.A.C.S.Guyanese rum is known for fullness and fruityness. The full round flavour definitely comes out in the barrel. The Ballechin barrel adds a subtle but complex smokiness to the R.I.B.A.C.S.
