Banoffee Pie Imperial Stout is an ode to the famous dessert reportedly created by the team at The Hungry Monk Restaurant in 1972. The malt bill plays a big part in the flavour profile, layering biscuit, oats, cream and chocolate through the decadent base. To this we’ve added banana, caramel, vanilla, and candi sugar to create a seriously decadent dessert stout.
