Like the Lemon of Pink, the Structure of Surface makes little sense. What is it then? Oh boy... it's a Double IPA! Hopped with a curious blend of Simcoe, Mosaic, Barbe Rouge, we find notes of pungent ruby red grapefruit segments, wild raspberries, light wild flower honey, and sweet bales of alfalfa. Please enjoy this while making little sense.
