Supernova

In collaboration with @lallemandbrewing with the help of @brewculture and @hopsteiner, we brewed an amber lager perfect for the cooler weather that showcases a more robust malt profile with a firm hop structure.SUPERNOVA was fermented with Lallemand’s Nova Lager Strain, a remarkable hybrid lager yeast that produces an insanely clean fermentation profile, allowing the beer to showcase nothing but the high quality malt and hops used in the brew.Toasty malt flavours still remain crisp and highly quaffable while Delta and Contessa hops lend earthy bitterness with light citrus and floral aromatics.
