This IPA is unique in the yeast we use, Kolsch which has a Clean fermentation profile and very limited esters, The starring role is a combination of some of our favorite hops - Azzaca, MI Chinook, Citra, Eukanot and Simcoe cryo. The result is a slighty hazy fruit bomb with notes of mango, pineapple passionfruit.
