Make My Day is a dry-hopped lager that we've made in collaboration with our good buds at Mr Banks. It's no secret that we both love hoppy IPA's, but it may come as a shock to some that we also love lager. Summer is well and truly upon us (in QLD), so we wanted to make a crispy and ultra refreshing lager for the warmer months. Make My Day is built on a light malt base of Pilsner Malt and Finest Lager, bringing a glowing light straw-yellow colour. We have then added Motueka to the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon during fermentation. The result is a lean and clean malt bill, with a lemon citrus nose. On the palate, the dry hop brings flavours of lemongrass, grapefruit, green grape and a limey zing. A crusher
