A very hoppy Pale Ale. Almost a kilo of hops in 60 L batch , a new record.Hops : Cascade (US), Columbus (US) and Citra (US). Fermented with a New England yeast, which leaves some haze. Fruity aroma and big taste, ending in fruity bitterness.
