Modern christmas bock brewed with Bonsak munich and melanoidin malts, caramalts and pilsnermalt. Very malty, tasting notes of caramel, bread crust, biscuits, raisins and licorice. Lagered for 12 months.Based on the beer that won the National Homebrewers Competition in 2013.
