Rich, our brewer on sabbatical from Northern Monk fame, who has been with us for the summer is continuing his journey. With impending departure he has decided to leave us with a special brew of a rarely seen style. Perfect poised for autumnal drinking, combing your juicy summer hazy with dark comfort - we bring you this black hazy. Created to trick your brain into thinking its a hazy IPA, this is not a black IPA as per style guidelines. Lots of fruit forward notes from a citrus orchard with subtle hints of farmhouse toast. Palate is rich and full with a beautiful meld of hop flavour and some light chocolate.
