This Belgian Table Beer was brewed in collaboration with Berks County brewing legend, Karen Palcho of Karen's Wild Ales. Most of this beer is aging with wild yeasts in a well established wine barrel. For this special one-off version, we pulled some beer after primary fermentation and blended it with a mild Kombucha brewed by Renewal Kombucha in Lititz, PA. Drink your New History!
