Batch #3 = 33cl bottles or keg -A blend of 7 different barrels filled with 'Chain Reaction', a lambic style recipe. We have blended the following barrels:2 x Red wine, Burgundy/Vosne-Romanée, Hungarian oak 220 l, 18 months2 x White wine, Sauternes, French Oak, 220 l, 18 months1 x Red Wine, Bourgogne/Hautes Medoc, American Oak, 400 l, 8 months2 x Brandy/Jerez de la Frontera, Ameican Oak, 220 l, 4 monthsUnfortunately we had to dump a 30 month aged Chain Reaction barrel as well. Sometimes a barrel just goes off and is beyond saving.
