For first beer of 2025 we’ve gone experimental. We used a large percentage of Vienna malt alongside flaked maize then fermented this IPA cold with a lager yeast. We hopped it with Vista, Strata & Barbe Rouge hops. An extended period of cold conditioning has focussed the flavours and drinkability.If West coast beers are your jam then you’re in luck here; A slap of bitterness & mini fruit punch flavour; (Melon, berries & citrus) give way to a malty sweet finish which is all stone fruit.This one’s a ‘proper’ beer & we hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we are!
