For this collaboration with our friends from Garage Beer we decided to brew a modern West Coast DIPA with New Zealand hop varieties. We were going for a crisp, refreshing beer with fruity undertones but ultimately defined by a persistent final bitterness.Hops: Waimea, Rakau, Wai-iti, Nectaron.
