An unfiltered pale ale with tasty waves of sunshine. Brewed with pilsner and caramel malt, and oats. We used a standard mash regimen and incorporated several additions of Chinook and Cascade hops in the mash throughout the boil. Fermented with an English yeast strain at 20°C and dry hopped during fermentation with Cascade. Cold conditioned for two weeks at 0°C.Tasting notes - vibrant citrus, pineapple candy, sunny days
