Tepazote

We have made a very special collab together with Sanchez. They brew the delicious Mexican tepache drink for their restaurants, and end up with leftover pulp from the fermented pineapple and spices. We decided to try making a beer with this very interesting waste product, so we pasteurized it and added it to an already fruity Belgian Wit together with a tea made on the herb Epazote. The result is a super fruity, funky, spicy and refreshing beer like no other! Perfect to pair with the fruity, spicy and bold flavors of the Mexican cuisine.
