5.8% ABV unfiltered oatmeal lager.Flaked oats are one of my favorite things to brew with. WELL! it's not so fun to actually brew with them (they gum up the mash) but I really like the final results. I decided to add a bunch of oats to a refreshing but complexly malty unfiltered czech(ish) style amber lager. 33% of the grain bill was oatmeal!A rich but drinkable lager, with toasted bread, caramel, graham cracker, and prominent oat-y note-ys. Lagered for a full month. Completely unfined and unfiltered. All those oats and yeast will give your bandholz a lustrous sheen!
