We brewed this beer almost three years ago and aged it in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, then blended and aged on whole Madagascar vanilla beans for several months. If you tasted the stout out of the tank during the 10 year anniversary party, this is what you tried! Rich and thick, this was pasteurized and has passed all our quality tests! Last stout of the year.
